Warehouse / Logistics Assistant (Basic up to $2,800 / Islandwide)

Location: Islandwide

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Experience: Fresh/entry level, with 2 years exp preferred

Salary Range: $2,000 to $3,500 Monthly

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping operations, including container stuffing and un-stuffing.
2. Accurate and timely updates to warehouse management system.
3. Coordinate goods return processes (RA, RTV), inbound discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery and compliance with requirements.
4. Perform receiving and issuing of items with proper authorization.
5. Conduct cycle counts, label and store items properly, and update inventory records.
6. Respond to customer inquiries, emails, and handle complaints.
7. Monitor and manage inventory system (FIFO, FEFO).
8. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
