Job summary

All Surfaces Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Driver (non-CDL) in Madison, WI to support daily warehouse operations and perform local deliveries.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and fulfillment experience.
Excellent attention to detail with consistent, accurate output.
Must organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.
Must be able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs.
Commercial driving experience is a plus.
Clean driving record with valid state license.
Ability to pass MVR screen.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
Receive inventory and inspect products for damage, stock to bin locations.
Verify orders for accuracy and quality at each receiving/shipping stage.
Operate equipment for material handling (forklifts, pallet jacks).
Follow SOPs for shipping/receiving paperwork and electronic systems.
Assist Branch Manager in enforcing warehouse safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
Organize inventory to meet safety and efficiency standards.
Ensure pallets are shrink-wrapped, strapped, and banded for storage/transport.
Deliver orders per schedule while complying with DOT regulations for a 26,000 lbs or less vehicle.
Perform other duties as assigned.
