Position Summary:

As a Warehouse & Loading Dock Associate, you will support day-to-day operations by assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks, managing inventory, and ensuring the warehouse and loading dock run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload baskets of linen, garments, and mats
• Secure and move garment trolleys and baskets as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the dock and warehouse areas
• Pick and prepare orders, ensuring labeling and packing accuracy
• Use basic computer systems to scan, track inventory, and access customer information
• Follow written warehouse procedures and quality control standards
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Basic computer literacy (data entry, inventory systems)
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking)
