Job summary

UniFirst in Meadville, PA is hiring a Warehouse Unloader/Loader to support our garment flow and product handling. This full-time role with a 40-hour week includes weekends off, on-the-job training, and benefits.

You will unload, sort, and prepare products for routes, while helping maintain a safe, organized warehouse. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to stand all day and lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using standard units.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload clean product from plant transport and sort by route and delivery day.
• Piece in garments or stockroom items to ensure correct route inclusion.
• Audit carts and verify against load sheets; communicate shortages to managers.
• Load route trucks with garments and facility items.
• Unload and sort soiled garments and products; load outbound shuttle for processing.
• Receive, label, and store incoming vendor deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse environment; follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
