Job summary

UniFirst in South Bend, Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Unloader/Loader. As a Team Partner on the Branch Warehouse, you will help move clean and soiled garments and products, support the flow of goods, and enjoy a 5-day work week with Saturdays and Sundays off and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Able to read, write and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Unload clean product from plant transport shuttle upon arrival.
• Sort and stage clean garments and facility items by route and delivery day.
• Piece in garments or stockroom items to ensure correct route inclusion.
• Audit flags and verify accuracy against load sheets.
• Identify, document, and communicate route shortages to management.
• Load route trucks with garments and facility items.
• Unload and sort soiled garments and products by type; load for processing.
• Receive, label, and store incoming vendor deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by area supervisor.
