Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader for its Rental Division in Greenville, NC. You will drive company trucks within the facility to unload soiled products and load clean uniforms, floor mats, and customer items onto trucks according to routes, while keeping work areas clean and safe.

This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment.
• Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and exposure to the elements.
• Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
• Requires standing for most of shift.
• Requires lifting or moving materials for most of shift.
• Must be able to drive company trucks to designated areas within the facility to unload and load.

Responsibilities

• Unload soiled products from trucks and load clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer items onto trucks according to routes.
• Drive company trucks to designated areas within the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area while meeting quantity/quality standards.
• Support Rental Division operations and ensure timely loading/unloading of goods.
