Job Description

Responsibilities

Order Selector

• Reading customer orders accurately.
• Locating and selecting warehouse items to fulfill orders.
• Operating forklifts and warehouse machinery.
• Preparing and labeling orders for shipping.
• Applying shrink wrap and ensuring order accuracy.
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.

Loader

• Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Verifying shipping schedules and order accuracy.
• Inspecting items and maintaining records.
• Following safety protocols and cleaning loading areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an order selector is advantageous.
• Experience with inventory management and computer skills.
• Forklift or machinery license.
• Mechanical skills, basic math, good communication, and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to lift 50-60 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of warehouse experience.
• 2+ years of RF scanning and inventory experience.
• 1+ year of forklift and freezer experience.
• English literacy.

Physical Requirements

Ability to carry, lift, and move up to 50-60 pounds.
