Job summary

Ozarks Coca-Cola-Dr Pepper Bottling Company is seeking a Loader/Dock Person to assist in loading and unloading route delivery trucks and trailers. You will help build orders, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, stage pallets, and ensure accurate date codes while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills, with preferred prior warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required with one year general work experience.
• Language: Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports and work instruction.
• Mathematical skills: Add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Reasoning: Solve practical problems with concrete variables and varying instructions.
• Computer skills: Basic computer knowledge.
• Certificates: Certified Forklift License for lift operation, Clear MVR Record.

Responsibilities

• Work with Loaders to load, reload, and unload route delivery trucks and semi-trailers efficiently.
• Assist in building customer orders according to load tickets.
• Operate industrial power equipment for lifting and moving product.
• Stage completed pallets in designated area.
• Maintain date code accuracy and proper rotation of product.
• Adhere to safety standards and sanitation requirements.
• Meet productivity requirements and keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Comply with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Sort and destroy all BD&L and recycle materials as needed.
