Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports and work instructions; respond to common inquiries.
• Strong math skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide with decimals and fractions.
• Reasoning ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization; interpret written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders based on load tickets and build customer orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Operate manual/powered pallet jack or lift.
• Stage pallets in designated area and ensure correct date codes and rotation.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow company policies and safety standards.
• Verify order accuracy per ASN and before delivery (99% accuracy target).
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist in loading as needed.
