Job summary

Ferraro Foods in Aberdeen, MD is hiring a Warehouse Loader to build and load outgoing orders, operate pallet jacks, and handle dry, refrigerated, and frozen products safely. You’ll work Sun–Thu, 6:00 PM – finish, with a pay rate of $21–$22 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, and paid holidays. Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull product (up to 80 lbs repeatedly throughout the entire shift).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate or learn pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build and load outgoing orders onto delivery trucks using load sheets.
• Move product throughout the warehouse using electric and manual pallet jacks.
• Load dry, refrigerated, and frozen products accurately and safely.
• Ensure pallets are properly stacked and shrink-wrapped to maintain load integrity.
• Assist with staging, unloading, and organizing incoming and returned products.
• Restock and repack damaged or mis-loaded items.
• Work closely with the team to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift.
