Job summary

Ferraro Foods is seeking a Warehouse Reach Operator to join our team. This role involves safely operating reach trucks, stocking products in correct locations, and ensuring inventory is organized and accessible for customer orders.

You will use RF scanners to track movement, replenish pick slots, and maintain clean, efficient aisles. The position requires physical endurance and the ability to work in multi‑temperature environments, including refrigerated areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate or learn a reach truck.
• Ability to lift, push and pull product up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Stand, walk, bend and reach for extended periods.
• Work in multi-temperature environments, including refrigerated areas.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Reliable, with strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Warehouse Reach Operator who’s reliable, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Put away incoming product to the correct warehouse locations using a reach truck
• Replenish pick slots so selectors always have product ready to go
• Keep aisles organized so product is easy to find and pick
• Follow proper rotation (FIFO) to keep inventory fresh
• Use RF scanners to track and move product accurately
• Help keep the warehouse running smoothly throughout the shift

The Details

• Environment: Multi‑temperature warehouse (including refrigerated areas)
• Equipment: Reach trucks and warehouse systems
• Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Pay: $20 per hour
