Reporting to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager, the full-time Warehouse Loader position is responsible for assisting in warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance.

This labor-intensive position involves loading bulk and route trucks, requiring attention to detail when loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks. You will work from order sheets to build loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack. You oversee accuracy in loading and compliance with shipper/receiver documentation, following warehouse instructions while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role may involve working in various weather conditions, and requires lifting a high volume of cases per day, each weighing 20-45 pounds.

Responsibilities include:

• Loading trucks by selecting designated packages and flavors of products from the warehouse and loading them into route trucks.
• Ensuring product rotation on trucks and in the warehouse, following expiration dates.
• Cleaning and repackaging products as per RBDC standards.
• Disposing of damaged or Out of Code (OOC) products after approval from the Operations Manager.
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and periodically using a floor scrubber.

Qualifications and skills:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or displays.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
