Job summary

Pbna is seeking a warehouse associate to hand-build pallets for bulk and route deliveries. You will operate a forklift or pallet jack, build loads per order, ensure accuracy, and wrap and stage pallets for local delivery. The role requires lifting heavy cases repeatedly and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, following shipper/receiver documentation, and adhering to attendance and safety policies in varied weather and shift conditions.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 20-45 pounds repeatedly.
• Follows loading instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable).
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
