Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers in Westfield, MA is seeking a Warehouse Loader to join our team on the 1st shift. You will load orders onto trailers, using forklifts or electric pallet jacks, and help ensure on-time deliveries to local stores.

This full‑time role offers weekly pay and benefits from day one. We value safety and organization; you will inspect trailers, verify loads with RF devices or voice headsets, and securely stack pallets.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks to load orders onto trailers.
• Inspect trailers before loading and verify loads with RF devices or voice headsets.
• Load full pallets and secure them to prevent damages.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete the required forms.
• Assist with safe lifting of varying weights and sizes as needed.

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Loader, you’ll be part of a productive team, tasked with loading orders onto trailers for delivery to local stores. This is a fast-paced role, perfect for energetic individuals who are highly organized and like to stay active. With each loaded trailer, you are committed to our braggingly happy customers. Earn $22.00 per hour+ $2.00 Freezer pay. Full Time, 1st shift hours. 61 Medeiros Way, Westfield MA 01085.

You will contribute by

• Utilizing forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
