Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate in Wisconsin to load and secure windows, doors and accessories for trailer shipments. The role uses RF scanning and power tools to build crates and assemble components as directed by the WMS system.

Flexibility to assist other departments is required. Responsibilities include loading, securing, inspecting cargo, and performing housekeeping duties while training for cross‑functional tasks across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test and background check.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to push/pull 204 lbs and lift 94 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Loads staged doors, windows and accessories into trailers.
• Secures load for transit using straps.
• Inspects loads to ensure cargo is secure.
• Builds crates utilizing power tools for LTL shipment.
• Apply extension jams or mull units utilizing power tools while using WMS for directions.
• Assists other workers as needed.
• Performs housekeeping duties as needed.
• Assists other departments as needed.
