Job summary

Bernick’s is hiring load crew members in the Duluth, MN area to support our distribution process. You will accurately assemble customer orders, wrap pallets, and use handheld scanners to verify inventory. This full-time role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely fulfillment.

The position offers 40 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 11:00 AM and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-100 pounds
• Repetitively bend, lift, twist, while moving product around the warehouse
• Travel may be required to support various Bernick’s locations, events, or business needs. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted as part of the hiring process

Job Summary:

Our load crew members are a very important part of our distribution process. We rely on their accuracy and speed to assemble our customer’s orders.
