Job summary

Primo Brands, based in Waco, TX, is seeking a Warehouse Loader responsible for safe movement of products within the warehouse and manual or forklift-assisted loading/unloading for route trucks. Schedule is Monday–Friday with possible Saturdays; start time 4pm. Compensation is $20/hour plus a 6–8% shift differential.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major offenses in the last 3 years).
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs during the work shift.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner.
  • Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift.
  • Palletize products for loading.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.
  • Take care of our products through proper handling and storage.
  • Ensure inventory is properly maintained.
  • Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time).

Job description

A warehouse loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.

Reporting Location: Waco, Tx

Compensation: $20/ hour

Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)

Start Time: 4pm until done
