Job summary

Primo Brands, a leading beverage company, seeks a Warehouse Loader in Jacksonville, FL. You will load and unload route trucks, palletize products, and operate forklifts to move goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse.

This role requires staying alert to safety standards, performing inventory tasks, and supporting occasional outdoor work in varied conditions. Monday–Friday schedule with potential weekends based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record (last 3 years).
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Warehouse/forklift experience preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure warehouse standards are upheld, working safely and professionally.
  • Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift.
  • Palletize products for loading.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
  • Handle products with proper storage and handling.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and housekeeping.
  • Move trucks for loading/unloading and perform refueling as needed.
  • Fulfill administrative tasks like bay mapping and inventory records.

Overview

Warehouse Loader

A warehouse loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.

Reporting Location: Jacksonville, FL

Compensation: $20.00/ hour + 6% or 8% shift differential for applicable hours worked (paid weekly)

Schedule: Monday - Friday(weekendsdependent on business needs)

Start Time: 5pm until workload complete

Responsibilities
  • Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner
  • Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift
  • Palletize products for loading
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.
  • Take care of our products through proper handling and storage
  • Ensure inventory is properly maintained
  • Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld
  • Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling
  • Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
  • Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates
