Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
• 1 year of forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate basic product scanner proficiency effectively with minimal errors.
• Strong team player and the ability to get along with co-workers.
• Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read documents in English, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and complete other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
• Crosstrain in other areas of warehouse operation and warehouse responsibilities as needed.
• Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screen.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Loader will cooperatively work with a team to efficiently create customers’ orders. Safety will be a main priority for you and your fellow team members. Your job will involve driving around warehouses loading trucks at night for the next day deliveries. While this summary provides the basic duties of this position, warehouse employees may be asked to cross-train and assist in other areas.

• Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly and use powered industrial equipment.
