Job summary

Allstate Beverage Company, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Load Crew member to efficiently and safely load delivery trucks. You will keep loading areas clean, move products weighing 20–50 lbs, and build loads per pick sheets while ensuring oldest stock is loaded first.

You will inspect loads for saleable condition, wrap and secure pallets for transport, adhere to liquor-control regulations, and maintain a professional appearance as part of a standardized shift.

Qualifications

• Must report to work on time and clock in and out properly.
• Keep all warehouse load areas and grounds clean.
• Load and unload pallets, using hand carts or dollies (20–50 lbs per case).
• Climb on and off forklifts and operate in a safe manner.
• Build loads for each order in the most efficient manner and verify quantities.
• Load loads according to system-generated pick sheets and ensure accuracy and neatness.
• Ensure oldest product is loaded first and check products for saleable condition.
• Load products onto route trucks and secure them to prevent damage.
• Maintain clean work areas and wrap pallets as needed.
• Report accidents to the manager on duty and follow liquor-control regulations.
• Dress in uniform and maintain professional appearance; follow company policies.

Place product on hand truck or dolly (approximately 20 to 50 lbs per case). Fills racks, pushes/pulls pallets and loads appropriate company products.
