Job summary

Cintas is hiring a Warehouse Associate – Wash Load Capacity Specialist for the Rental Division in the Knoxville area. You will verify garments and bulk items are bagged correctly, weigh each bag, and ensure weights meet specs before sending to the washroom. Maintain a clean work area and strive for high quality and productivity.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift/move materials, and work in a fast-paced environment while following safety and attendance policies.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be willing to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
• Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors with protective equipment.
• Requires standing for most of shift.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer garments and bulk products are organized into laundry bags.
• Weigh each laundry bag and verify weight parameters for material type.
• Send appropriately weighted bags to the washroom.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed quality and quantity standards for work output.
