Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Wash Load Capacity Specialist to support the Rental Division. The role involves verifying garments and bulk products such as shirts, pants, floor mats, and shop towels are placed into laundry bags, weighing each bag, and ensuring weight parameters are met for the material type.

As part of the team, you will maintain a clean workspace and strive to meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
• Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
• Requires standing for most of shift.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of shift.

Responsibilities
