Job summary

Prologistix is seeking a General Labor Associate to support daily warehouse operations in West Chester, Ohio. The role involves material handling, assembly, packaging, labeling, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, assisting with production tasks, operating basic tools, and ensuring quality and safety. The position is full-time, temporary-to-hire with 1st shift ($15) and 2nd shift ($16) options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attendance and punctuality record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
