Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently direct employees.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be comfortable being hands-on, vocal, and actively engaged with the production team.

Warehouse Line Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on Line Lead to oversee daily production activities and guide a team of packers and assemblers. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable providing direction, maintaining production goals, training employees, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:15 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Note: Mandatory Friday work may be required based on production needs.
