Job description

Shift Timing: 11:00pm-7:00am / Sunday-Thursday

Role Overview: As a warehouse associate, you may work in one of the following five areas:

  1. Order Picker: Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals. You may pick above ground level while following safety procedures.
  2. Restocker: Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prepare your work area for the next shift, adhering to safety procedures.
  3. Bulk Selector: Select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise, and/or stock product. Move full totes and cases onto a conveyor belt while following safety procedures.
  4. Custodian: Responsible for general cleaning and basic maintenance inside and outside the facility. Tasks include cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, removing spots from carpets, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning furniture, windows, brass, and collecting/removing trash, all while adhering to safety procedures.

Note: As an SC1 associate, you may be assigned to any of these roles as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills.
  • An inclusive approach to colleagues and customers to foster collaboration and resolve issues.

  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to work scheduled hours and be accountable for tasks.
  • Understanding and adherence to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
  • Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
  • If hired full-time, ability to work additional hours/overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry up to 70 pounds.
  • Ability to walk and stand continuously.
  • Minimum age: 18 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • Previous warehouse or related experience, such as in fast-food, stockroom, racking systems, customer service, or package handling.
