Job summary

Uline in Reno, NV is seeking a 2027 Warehouse Management Intern. The paid internship will provide hands-on experience across order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control, with mentorship to develop leadership skills.

Open to junior-status college students pursuing warehousing, logistics or related degrees. On-site work and strong problem-solving are expected, with potential for full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• This full-time internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
• Pursuing a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management or supply chain.
• MS Office experience (Word and Excel) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in warehouse departments including order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control and facilities.
• Prepare for a future leadership role by learning how to develop and support warehouse teams.
• Partner with a mentor on warehouse operation improvement projects.
• Perform warehouse functions including packing, picking and inventory control.
