Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervision experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control.
• Experience with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and email communication.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
• Lead and support warehouse associates to ensure productivity and efficiency goals are met.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies throughout the facility.
• Train, coach, and assist warehouse staff as needed.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational excellence within the warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding warehouse operations.
