Position Summary: Warehouse/Production Team Leader, coordinates activities of workers in aluminum plate saw processing, including pulling, packaging, and shipping customer orders. The Production Team Leader performs the following duties:

1. Assigns duties and monitors work for accuracy and performance.
2. Leads the team in scheduling orders, expediting critical shipments, and maintaining on-time performance.
3. Establishes and maintains rapid turnaround and short lead times.
4. Manages routine equipment maintenance for the production cell, following TW Corporate guidelines.
5. Promotes a safe, efficient work environment.
6. Supports Branch Management in fostering a positive employee culture, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence.
7. Provides work direction, both written and oral, to warehouse team personnel.
8. Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
9. Addresses errors and complaints in a timely manner.
10. Operates in a supervisory role.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in the metals industry helpful.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English; interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Proficiency with PC programs such as Excel and Word; ability to learn mainframe program (Metalware).
