Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join our team in Ohio. The role focuses on warehouse operations, safety, and meeting productivity expectations. You will work in refrigerated, freezer, or non-climate-controlled environments and support supervisors as needed.

The position requires forklift operation, leadership experience, and the ability to train new hires while maintaining accuracy and efficiency across shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience required
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior forklift certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Using forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Executes & provides process & project visibility to Operations Supervisor
• Train new hires on processes and job duties
• Expert in warehouse functions
• Leads & complies with Safety and Well Being efforts on assigned shift
• Sorts and places parts in racks or other designated areas
• Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets
• Move materials within the warehouse
• Communicate with associates from other shifts
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
