Job summary

AAR Corp is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Oklahoma City to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate receipt, storage, and shipment transactions in the system of record. You will lead a team to meet timelines and ensure compliance with policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of related experience, and proficiency in Excel and databases, with strong organizational and communication skills. OSHA safety compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Excel and database knowledge required.
• Logistics and government property experience a plus.
• Warehousing and inventory handling experience.
• Strong organization, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently following safety policies.
• Must adhere to safety policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse staff and operations to ensure inventory is properly categorized.
• Receive, stock, issue, ship inventory and process transactions in the system.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse clerks to improve performance.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure outbound order requirements and schedules.
• Inspect incoming material against receiving paperwork and process receipts.
• Verify outgoing orders and shipments for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency.
• All other duties as assigned.
