Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• HD/GED preferred; willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and operate material-handling equipment.
• Strong organization and ability to delegate tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments of tires and inventory.
• Collaborate with shipping, sales, P&D, and service departments.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Assign tasks to team members to maintain workflow and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
