Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Materials Specialist to ensure materials are accurately inspected, organized, and staged for installation. You will work with warehouse and installation teams to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes precise material handling, safety, and timely support for installation crews, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry or construction materials experience preferred; ability to measure and cut materials accurately a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Forklift certification required
• Safety-conscious with a strong commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50-70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Material staging: Accurately stage and account for all installation materials prior to the installation date
• Inspection & Quality Control: Receive, inspect, and verify materials for accuracy, quality, and condition
• Warehouse Operations: Maintain an organized warehouse and assist with loading, unloading, truck arrivals, and material flow
• Installation Support: Provide timely material support to the installation team and help ensure service levels are met
• Transportation: Drive company vehicles for material pickup and delivery to jobsites as needed
• Cross-Training: Learn and support other warehouse positions and duties as needed
