Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Lead for our Swing Shift to oversee inventory, truck loading/unloading, and staging materials for installation crews. You’ll lead a team in a fast-paced environment, ensure accuracy, and uphold safety standards while supporting growth opportunities within the warehouse.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. We offer competitive pay of $24–$25 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package, a 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or physical labor is required.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified is required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must follow OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Ability to accurately calculate quantities and prepare materials for orders.
• Light carpentry skills with basic use of chop saws and hand tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Truck loading and unloading to ensure readiness for job site installations.
• Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness following OSHA guidelines.
• Clean and organize warehouse areas and manage dock operations.
• Prepare and stage construction materials for installation crews.
• Assist with various projects to support warehouse operations.
