Citadel Roofing and Solar is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the West Sacramento warehouse, ensuring materials are stocked, organized, and ready for daily crew dispatch. The role oversees inventory control and kitting for solar installations.

Responsibilities include managing warehouse staff, coordinating with vendors and internal transfers, and maintaining min/max inventory levels, with a focus on timely material readiness for morning departures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Communicates and works well with others.
• Ensure all processes and procedures are followed.
• Warehouse/Purchasing experience desired; receiving, stocking, storing.
• Knowledge of Sage preferred (but not required).
• Forklift experience. Forklift certification helpful but not required (we'll certify you).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Warehouse Specialists in related functions in the West Sacramento location.
• Ensure the warehouse is stocked and organized.
• Monitor inventory control.
• Oversee and assist with kitting solar jobs for install crews.
• Jobs must be fully kitted at least 72 hours prior to crew pickup.
• Ensure all material is ready for pick-up so crews can leave in a timely manner every morning.
• Receive material from both vendors and internal transfers from associate warehouses.
• Supervise warehouse employees.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain Min/Max levels on inventory items.
• Request purchase orders and/or transfers when inventory reaches minimum inventory levels.
• Receive and process packing slips.
