Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years general work experience required.
• 1+ year warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jack or lift product.
• Fast-paced warehouse environment experience desirable.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and assign day to day work to team members.
• Back up warehouse supervisor and cover vacations or call-ins.
• Move products in warehouse using power tools and vehicles; load/unload trailers.
• Operate industrial vehicles to move, restock and repack product with date code accuracy.
• Transport materials to designated work areas and build orders from load tickets.
• Verify inbound/outbound loads and record inventory data with handheld or standard devices.
• Maintain records per retention schedule and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to GMP and safety standards; participate in audits.
