Flexco/RHC Logistics in Tuscumbia, AL is hiring a Warehouse Lead Shipper starting at $22 per hour. You will perform pallet preparation, operate forklifts, and manage outbound shipments with attention to accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• RF /Bar code software/reader equipment; electronic mail and other computer related knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of production of finish goods practices, product/pallet preparation and trailer loading techniques utilizing forklifts and other mechanized warehouse equipment.
• Excellent math, deductive reasoning and reading skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
• Near Vision (ability to see details at close range)
• Ability to work under time pressure and work with other co-workers and customers
• Ability to work independently and safely.
• Quality focused -Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
• Ability to perform manual tasks under varying weather conditions.
• Meet or exceed all items listed in the experience and education, and equipment and materials sections.

Experience and Education

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-6 months previous experience in shipping and receiving department is preferred.
• CDL not required, but preferred.

Equipment and Materials

• All warehouse equipment such as forklift, order picker, scissor lift, hand carts, package

scales, label making equipment, wrapper, etc.

• Computers, Barcode scanners (RF) equipment and postal equipment
• Telephone/Fax Machine/Copy Machine/calculators
• Any additional equipment/material that may be needed to perform job functions
