Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a dedicated team at our Winlock, WA facility. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a proactive attitude while performing essential warehouse tasks and supervision support.

You will work closely with Operations Supervisors to meet productivity goals, operate forklifts, scan products, and ensure accurate inventory. The position requires a 4/10 shift pattern and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes and provides process along with project visibility to Operations Supervisor.
• Expert in warehouse functions.
• Leads & complies with Safety and Well Being efforts on assigned shift.
• Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Quality control.
• Complete daily logs.
• Communicate with associates from other shifts.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.
• Leads orientation classes with new hires.
• Trains and retrains associates on equipment.
