Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy in order fulfillment. You will collaborate with leadership to drive results and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor workflow, maintain 5S standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with multiple functional areas to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of warehouse shipping/receiving experience
• Proven ability to effectively lead a team
• Excellent communication, data entry, basic math and organization skills
• Experience working with standard hand and power tools
• Ability to work in a team setting

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily production needs with Warehouse Manager and associates.
• Ensure the warehouse is a safe environment and 5S standards are met.
• Assigns and leads work as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
• Verifies all orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.
• Coach and train associates for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the warehouse area has adequate supplies and materials.
• Ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
