Our client, a leader in handmade cosmetic and soap making supplies, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the operations department supporting warehouse associates. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
  1. Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse associates, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  2. Oversee order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide coaching to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  5. Assist in training and onboarding new warehouse associates.
