As the Warehouse Lead, you will oversee the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring that inventory is well-managed and properly distributed to support our retail and operational needs.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead with Precision: Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, from receiving shipments to maintaining inventory levels.
2. Master Inventory Flow: Coordinate the timely transfer of goods from the warehouse to our retail stores and guest service locations.
3. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with other departments to ensure the right products are available to enhance guest experiences.
4. Create a Safe, Organized Space: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for your team.
5. Mentor and Guide: Train and support a dedicated team of warehouse associates to keep everything running smoothly.

What You Bring to the Table:

1. Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide your team.
3. Attention to detail, ensuring that inventory records are always accurate and up to date.
4. A flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays—you know the Zoo is always bustling!
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks, like stocking and moving merchandise.

Physical Demands:

1. Frequent standing, walking, and occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
2. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
