Job summary

Eataly North America in Houston is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, tracking and inspecting deliveries, and reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities include planning shifts, managing stock, organizing inventory, maintaining records, and processing shipments. 2+ years of supervisory experience and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail stock or warehouse supervisory experience.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the warehouse and team during assigned shifts.
• Manage warehouse stock, ensuring storage, safe retrieval and timely delivery.
• Organize stock systematically for accessibility, temperature control and counting.
• Maintain store-wide inventory of collateral and supplies.
• Submit shipment documentation to Inventory Control.
• Maintain records of shipments, transfers and related activity.
• Stock merchandise; receive, prepare, distribute and reorder internal orders.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
