Job summary

NRI Distribution is hiring an Order Fulfillment Processor Lead in Los Angeles. You will oversee picking, packing, and outbound auditing to meet client SLAs, while leading a warehouse team and maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate the team. 5:00am–1:30pm shifts from Monday to Friday, with starting pay of $23 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehousing or fulfillment leadership.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
• Experience leading personnel to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and cross-training of team members.
• Lead and delegate order fulfillment tasks within SLA.
• Collaborate with Supervisor to plan labor needs with Client Services input.
• Perform picking, packing, scanning, tagging and other warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, procedures, and SOPs.
• Keep work and storage areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Support staff purchase and benefits programs and foster a positive team culture.
• Promote a flexible and fun work environment while achieving goals.
