Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.
• Monitor workflow and assign tasks to staff to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
• Train, mentor and provide guidance to Warehouse Workers; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Support leadership in monitoring productivity and performance metrics.
• Perform inventory counts and ensure proper labeling and storage; report discrepancies.
• Ensure shipments are prepared accurately and in line with company standards.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety of the warehouse environment.
• Communicate issues or improvements to leadership.
• Assist in onboarding new warehouse staff and provide peer training.
