Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations in Fort Worth to support the Warehouse Supervisor and drive efficient inbound/outbound activities on the warehouse floor. You will coordinate shipments, schedule deliveries, and generate productivity reports while guiding staff to meet priorities.

Responsibilities include maintaining SOPs, forecasting workload, coordinating with Supervisors, and communicating disruptions to customers to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience, preferred
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Following standard operating procedures to assess inventory levels, submitting orders, and auditing warehouse operations to facilitate successful operational activities within the warehouse.
• Directing workflows on the floor of the warehouse, including packing, unloading, shipping and managing of delivery schedule.
• Analyzing internal data and reports on productivity and efficiency to help determine when and where the warehouse is performing better or worse than expected.
• Coordinating with Warehouse Supervisors to align on warehouse and inventory priorities, in alignment with operational objectives.
• Assisting in inbound and outbound workload forecasting through historical and trend analysis to determine how labor should be utilized.
• Assisting in inventory management, and helping with stocking and shipping, as necessary.

Education

High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
