Job summary

Menasha Corporation’s ORBIS RPM unit is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join the team. You will process materials per SOPs, move and stage items with a forklift, keep accurate paperwork, and ensure products meet customer specs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Candidates should have about 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience, follow safety protocols, and work both independently and with teammates. We offer a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days and a stable work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers using forklift
• Stage incoming product for processing
• Perform product processing per documented work instructions
• Complete paperwork accurately
• Maintain warehouse accuracy and report inventory issues
• Ensure work meets customer quality requirements
• Inspect product and prep for shipment
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
