Job Details

Pay: $25.35, including shift differential

Shift: Sunday 4pm - complete & Monday-Thursday 5pm - complete

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Train warehouse associates in duties, responsibilities, and safe equipment use according to SOPs.
• Use radio frequency (RF) devices for daily tasks.
• Assist with order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns.
• Oversee shipping and general operations as needed.
• Perform advanced tasks and decision-making as an individual contributor.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to warehouse staff, coordinate workflows, and manage workloads.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other motorized equipment.
• Assist in supervising the department, including work assignment and staffing.
• Address associate concerns and report to supervisors.
• Use computer systems for operations and reporting.
• Follow all policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with at least two years of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Ability to read and understand English product descriptions and labels.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of DC workflow and ability to work independently.
• Maintain a clean work area and use good judgment.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and participate in physical inventories.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with reach trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
