Job Details
  • Shift details | Sunday through Thursday, 8:30pm until finish
  • Pay Rate | $27.55/hr (including shift differential)
  • Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Train warehouse associates in duties, responsibilities, and safe equipment use according to SOPs; observe performance to correct behaviors as necessary.
  2. Use of radio frequency (RF) device may be required for daily tasks.
  3. Assist warehouse personnel with order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns.
  4. Oversee shipping and general operations (UPS, emergency orders, or general deliveries).
  5. Perform as an individual contributor completing advanced tasks and decision-making with detailed knowledge of the position and procedures.
  6. Provide daily tactical direction and guidance to warehouse associates; coordinate and recommend workflow efficiencies.
  7. Manage inventory levels.
  8. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and/or other motorized equipment to move inventory.
  9. Assist in supervision of the department, including work assignment, manpower planning, and volume management.
  10. Address associate concerns, reporting and following up with supervisors.
  11. Utilize computer systems for operations and reporting.
  12. Comply with policies, safety rules, and regulations, including state and DEA regulations.
  13. Perform related duties as assigned.
Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; two or more years of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  1. Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions, names, and labels.
  2. Basic mathematical skills.
  3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
  4. Understanding of DC workflow; ability to work with minimal guidance.
  5. Maintain a clean work area to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  6. Good judgment in following detailed instructions.
  7. Basic computer knowledge preferred.
  8. Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
  9. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  10. Proficiency with reach trucks, picker machines, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
  11. Maintain attendance and productivity standards.
