Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Warehouse Lead (Night Shift) - Seasonal to drive shipping and receiving operations. You will lead a team, coordinate trailer loading, and manage the documentation flow including Bills of Lading and invoices.

The role requires strong communication, safety focus, and teamwork in a dynamic environment. You will ensure food safety compliance while guiding staff to meet production goals and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Experience managing people or projects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the shipping and receiving team.
  • Oversee the communication flow to load finished product to trailers.
  • Prepare documentation (Bill of Lading and invoice) for shipments.
  • Coordinate trailer loading locations and communicate loading instructions to warehouse equipment.
  • Ensure food safety practices and SQF system compliance.
  • Identify and report deviations or issues with equipment or processes.

Warehouse Lead (Night Shift) - Seasonal

Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers and the preparation of documentation (bill of lading and invoice).

Essential Functions
  • Ability to complete all essential function of Warehouse Associate position
  • Leading group of shipping and receiving team members
  • Responsible for the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers.
  • Communicate the instructions to the equipment inside the warehouse.
  • Coordinates the location where each trailer will be loaded.
  • Prepares the documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice).
  • Communication with carriers to ensure on time and form the collection and / or loading of the finished product.
  • Review of operator and carrier line data in Tracking Platform.
  • Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained.
  • Communicate any deviation, problem and / or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products.
  • Any task that is not deemed unreasonable or unsafe and is asked to be done by team member’s manager or supervisor
