Cardinal Health in Piedmont, SC is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the night shift to supervise and coach a team of 10-15 associates. You will train staff, monitor safety and productivity, and coordinate daily inbound/outbound work, including receiving, packing, and staging operations.

The role requires strong communication, prior WMS experience, and the ability to operate PIT equipment. Shift hours are 7:00pm–5:30am (Sun-Mon) and 9:00pm–5:30am (Tue-Thu), with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in a warehouse/distribution environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel knowledge preferred.
• Great communication skills; bi-lingual is a plus.
• Prior knowledge working with a WMS system.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (PIT preferred).
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

In addition, this job assists in coordination of receipt of shipments and scheduling of incoming trucks, as well as making internal appointments. This job also delegates work among the warehouse staff and produces reports on workforce productivity and quality.
