D&H Distributing Co. invites applications for a Warehouse Lead Night Shift at our Fresno distribution facility. The role supports management, leads daily operations, and drives improvement initiatives to ensure efficient service. The position requires coordinating with teams, handling software updates, testing and optimization as part of the shift.

This night-shift role operates Sunday through Thursday, typical 7:00 PM–3:30 AM, with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ warehouse experience with proven leadership preferred but not required.
• Experience in operating MHE (material handling equipment).
• Must complete pre-employment requirements: drug test, background check, and E-Verify.
• Strong communication, math, teamwork and reliability are required.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate co-owners (leaders).

Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Lead with a true commitment to delivering excellent service and value to our customers in our distribution facility in Fresno, California. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking candidate to help with the daily operations of our distribution center. To be successful in the role the Warehouse Lead will be supporting management, leading improvement initiatives, and collaborating of software updates, testing and optimization.

Schedule

This is a Sunday - Thursday, typically working 7:00PM-3:30AM in 8-hour shifts, with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Required Qualifications

Qualifications:
2 years’ warehouse experience with proven leadership preferred but not required. Must have experience in operating MHE.
Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including drug test, background check and E-Verify requirements.
Strong communication skills, math, teamwork, and reliability required.
Ability to train, coach, and motivate co-owners.

Physical Requirements

As part of the job duties candidates can expect to regularly lift, push pull 25-40 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Stand/walk for long periods, climb ladders, and perform bending, crouching and reaching.
